How to Order
There are 3 different ways that you can order your products.
1. From series/programme pages
Browse to the series you are interested in, and click on the
Buy tab. Scroll down to the product(s) you want to buy, type in your quantity, and click on
Add to basket. If you are ordering on an establishment account and would like to order an inspection/approval copy or free trial, simply click on the
Try tab instead, and follow the link to evaluation copies. Don't forget you can only order one copy of any evaluation title.
2. From individual product pages
Find the individual product you are interested in, either by clicking on a link from a series Buy page, or by using the search box and searching for the product name or ISBN. Click on the Add to basket button that appears on the page.
If you have a list of ISBNs to order, the best way to order is using the Fast Shop link on the top section of the website. Simply type in the ISBNs that you require into the online order form, select your quantity, and click Add to basket.
Whatever way you choose, your products will end up in your online shopping basket.
-
When you have all the items you require, click on View basket.
-
Check that your items are correct, then click the Go to Checkout button and follow the instructions on screen.
-
If you are ordering on an establishment account, you will be asked for your email address and your establishment postcode. If you are ordering using a credit or debit card, you will be asked for your email address, credit card number and expiry date. Please have all these details to hand.
-
Once you have inputted your details, you will see your shopping basket again. At this stage, you have the option to add in a refernce number, or purchase order number, which will be quoted on your invoice. As we now have your full details, we'll also display your VAT and delivery charges. (NB: Customers in Germany and Sweden please see special note). You have plenty of time to alter the order details, or change your mind. You can remove items from your shopping basket at any time. Don't forget to click recalculate after you have deleted any items.
-
Once you have placed items in your shopping basket they will remain there for 60 days. They will only be removed if you click the Complete your Order button, or you remove them by clicking on the empty basket button. If you haven't purchased the items in your basket after 60 days, the items will simply be deleted from your basket.
-
To process your order, simply click the Complete your Order button.
-
Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email, containing your order and delivery details.
